Helen Skeen

Helen Irene Skeen age 77 of Cardington passed away Wednesday afternoon July 24th at home . She was born March 10, 1936 in Columbus as the daughter of the late Clarence & Mary (Bailey) Downey. On December 1, 1956 Helen married Ernest Skeen. He preceded her in death March 6th, 1996. Helen loved gardening and yard work. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Ernest (Tina) Skeen, Jr. of Cardington and Korene (David) Banta of St. Petersburg, Florida, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one brother Clarence (Carol) Downey, Jr. of Cardington. Helen was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Calling hours and services will not be observed.
