Lowell Doyle

Lowell Charles Doyle age 82 of Marion, made a spiritual transition on Monday evening October 25th, 2010 at Partners of Marion. He was born February 1st, 1928 in Caledonia the son of the late Lowell Lafayette and Nova (Bollinger) Doyle . Lowell was a 1946 graduate of Caledonia High School. He was employed as a material control agent for Tecumseh Products for 23 years. He was a member of the Ohio National Guard from 1950 -1956, a city councilman in Marion from 1958 - 1959 and retired from Clark Metal Products in Marion. Lowell was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church in Marion. He loved to work in his yard and taking care of his home and his family. On January 1st 1949 he married the love his life Delores "Lorsi" Mann. She remains behind to cherish his memory. He is also survived by his son & daughter-in-law Lowell Stephen & Tami Doyle. He also leaves his daughter and son-in-law Dr. Sally Elizabeth & Randy Wagner of Vancouver, WA. and three grandchildren, Zane Doyle-Wagner, Elizabeth Doyle-Wagner and Ian Doyle - Wagner. He will be remembered by his two nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Rosemary Holycross. Funeral services for Lowell will be held Saturday Oct. 30th 2010 at 10:30 A.M. in the Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Howard and Pastor Ronald Mann officiating. Interment will follow in Caledonia Cemetery. Friends may call at the Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home in Caledonia on Friday from 6 - 9. Memorial Contributions may be made to the 1st Presbyterian Church of Marion or the Caledonia Memorial United Methodist Church.
