Sherrie E. Clark

Sherrie E. Clark, age 63 of Marion , passed away unexpectedly Thursday afternoon May 13th, 2010 at Marion General Hospital. Sherrie was born November 18th, 1946 in Marion as the daughter the late John & Myrtle (Collins) Straw. Her mother survives her in Caledonia. On October 12th 1970 Sherrie married John Clark. He survives her at home. Sherrie was a member of Caledonia Church of Christ. She loved to Crochet Afghans for family and friends, but her greatest love was being a mom and grandma. Sherrie's legacy lives on with her gift of life through donation. Besides her husband of almost 40 years Sherrie is survived by her two sons; Eric (Andrea) Clark of Marion and Bobby Clark of Bellefontaine. Three Daughters; Vanessa Butz of New Bloomington, Sarah (Jeremy) Wright of Green Camp and Laura (Lonnie) Granger of Piedmont, SC. Twelve Grandchildren. Two Brothers; Dan (Marilyn) Straw of Caledonia and Harold (Marlene) Straw of New Bloomington. One Sister: Teena (Myron) Crowell of Marion. A Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A. M. Monday May 17th in the Caledonia Church of Christ with Kenneth Boswell officiating. Interment will follow in Caledonia Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 Sunday at the Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home in Caledonia. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lifeline of Ohio.
